It's getting close to the start of the 2013 season, so I'll put up my predictions

AL Central    Detroit
ALWest Los Angeles
Wild Cards  Tampa, Oakland

NL East Washington
NL Central Cinncinati
NL West SF
Wild Cards Atlanta, St Louis
